- Define and prioritize AI initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of AI technologies, tools, and partners to support product development and innovation.
- Collaborate with business departments to build a go-to-market strategy for AI-powered features and solutions, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives and track progress towards business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI trends, best practices, and industry developments, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to AI team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, and regulatory requirements relevant to AI and IT management.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT management roles, such as IT Director or IT Manager, with a deep understanding of IT operations, infrastructure, and software development processes.
- Demonstrated expertise in AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Strong project management skills, attention to details and data analytic abilitlies
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and market differentiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches or initiatives.
- Visionary mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Experience in the IT industry or SaaS/software development space is a plus.
