What You Will Do:
- Design, lead and shape the implementation of organization-wide improvement processes
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments (Product Management, Software Development, Architecture, etc.) to advocate, orchestrate and track comprehensive plans
- Employ your program management expertise in large organizations to drive initiatives forward
- Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking. The position includes communication with US counterparts
- Lead without direct authority, fostering engagement and embracing change

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 10 years proven experience in program management within large-scale organizations
- Experience designing and implementing organization-wide processes
- Experience with a variety of roles in R&D organizations, with an emphasis on the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong foundation in Agile/Lean methodologies
- Exceptional English communication skills, including verbal and written - Mother tongue-level
- Ability to create awesome presentations and convey messages to large audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and engage diverse teams in change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT)
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus
- Prior experience in a PMO, LACE, or OE (Organizational Excellence) environment is advantageous
