Description
GigaSpaces is looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in driving product activities within the organization. The Senior Product Manager will oversee specific product offerings and modules from inception to delivery. This role requires a strategic mindset, extensive technological background, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with RnD, Customer Success, Presale and Marketing to drive product success and achieve business objectives.
The position is full time, hybrid, from our offices in Herzeliya.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements in alignment with the product strategy to meet customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Write high level and detailed requirements for features and functionality.
- Build release and sprint plans together with RnD and program management to assure the timely delivery of key functionality.
- Engage with prospective and existing customers, directly and through Sales and Customer Success to collect opportunities and risks.
- Support pre and post sale activities.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on researching and analyzing the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to the product’s positioning and messaging efforts.
- Present product updates to the various technical functions within the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven product management experience.
- Proven experience managing data platform products - must!
- Proven experience managing B2B products, with emphasis on enterprise customers - must!
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong leadership skills.
- BSc. or BE; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Languages: English (read, write and speak) - must, Hebrew (speak) - advantage
