We are in search of an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly expanding company and become a valuable member of our outstanding Product Team. The Product Team at Payoneer is at the forefront of our rapid growth, driving innovation and ensuring swift product delivery. As a product manager in the dynamic field of Fintech, your contributions will be monumental as you play a key role in designing products that cater to millions of businesses globally. Leading a diverse and talented team, you'll have access to the necessary resources and support required to make a significant impact. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity for a leader—a product manager poised to exert influence!

As a PM Team leader, you will:

- Make an impact and grow the business by developing new products and features.
- Collaborate with executives, peers, clients and analysts to define vision and strategy of the
domain under your responsibility
- Lead, guide and mentor a team of amazing product managers, Cultivate a customer centric culture of excellence and innovation.
- With your team, translate strategy to product roadmaps based on market requirements, competitive position and operational constraints.
- Own and create products that have a huge impact on millions of businesses
across the globe.
- Lead the e2e product life cycle, from inception to launch and beyond, including market and
user research, product definition, defining KPIs, and driving the execution
- Interact with other Payoneer teams maximizing the impact on Payoneer’s growth and
business

Have you done this kind of stuff?

- Proven experience of at least 7 years in Product Management roles, with proven track record of building successful products
- 3 years of experience managing product teams with strong leadership skills
- Experience in executing product initiatives and driving experimentation in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, developing product hypotheses and understanding the results
- Strong ability to transform opportunities and needs into products and features
Good understanding of UI/UX
- Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
