We’re looking for a one-of-a-kind Sales Development Representative (SDR), who embraces challenge, is eager to learn, and is passionate about succeeding and being part of our growth.
The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and generating qualified meetings for our sales team. We’re looking for a self-starter, experienced SDR, with a passion for outbound B2B enterprise selling.
What you will do
· Prospect via phone, email, and social channels.
· Skillfully discover customer pains, challenges, and priorities.
· Create a pipeline for our sales team via qualified meetings.
· Leverage Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Hubspot to manage and track your ongoing activities.
· Work closely with the sales team to get ongoing feedback – so that you can continually optimize performance.
· Continually measure your success by tracking performance vs. KPIs and identifying areas of inefficiencies that need can up your game.
REQUIREMENTS
What you will need
· 1-3 years in a Sales or Business Development Representative role.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
· Strong cold calling and qualification skills.
· Experience in B2B, selling to enterprises – both in Europe and US.
· English - mother tongue.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable.
· Monday to Friday- US HOURS
