Product Manager

Donde Search is on the lookout for a top notch product manager to lead its disruptive product platform.

Our product team is in the heart of the organization playing a major role in shaping its strategy and create products that delights our customers. You will be working with the Data analysts, Algo and R&D team to make Donde Search vision a reality. We take great pride in our work and believe in experimenting, finding and implementing the best products in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Design product vision, strategy, GTM and business plan
- Define product features and roadmap
- Define product pricing and lifecycle
- Engage with our key customers and account teams to promote the product and gather requirements
- Plan, develop and execute the product deliveries and documentation
- Translate users’ needs into prioritized product requirements
- Write product specifications and user stories. Work closely with engineering teams and UX/UI designers to deliver simple, usable and generic user interface.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in B2C / B2B2C product management
- Launched successful products that were integrated with large number of customers
- SaaS, Personalization and Data based products for eCommerce companies – huge advantage
- Experience with web and mobile applications (iOS and Android) – a must
- Experience in working with R&D teams in an agile environment
- Detailed oriented and data driven, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player with excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Technical background – an advantage
- Excellent English skills – a must
- Willing to travel to conferences and customer meetings
