About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel in Israel, experienced in working in a fast- paced, hi-tech environment, to join our growing Legal team!

In this high-impact role, you will be a key partner to the go-to-market team across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other departments. Your goal is to provide comprehensive legal support to the relevant departments worldwide by taking a strategic and collaborative approach. You will report to the company's Vice President of Legal Affairs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review and negotiate a wide variety of partner and vendor agreements, including software licenses, SaaS Agreements, NDAs and more
- Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team on drafting, negotiation, and execution of agreements
- Monitor and provide internal guidance on company-wide policies and procedures.
- Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, and legal processes
- Provide general legal support to our global business on an as-needed basis

REQUIREMENTS

- Law Degree
- Licensed to practice in Israel
- 4 + years of experience working as a lawyer in a high-tech department of a prominent law firm or a hi-tech company
- Experience in technology agreements (licensing, SaaS, etc.) and other commercial transactions
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns
- Strong negotiation skills
- Service-oriented person
- English- native level, with superb written and verbal communication skills
