We are looking for Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team located in Herzliya to work on corporate and commercial matters, in Israel as well as with subsidiaries abroad.

Job Description:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to Management, Sales and HQ departments on a variety of legal issues including to contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, customer agreements, licensing agreements, and employment contracts.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company and communicate potential impact to stakeholders.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and proposed transactions.
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel as needed, including overseeing litigation matters and other legal proceedings.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-6 years’ experience at a prominent law firm or as in-house counsel in a global high-tech company -must
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
- English and Hebrew – fluent (native is a plus), with excellent writing and drafting skills.
- Very good interpersonal skills and negotiating experience
- Hands on and business oriented – with understanding of the need to play an active role in deals and help get the jobs done A to Z
- Team player
- Additional languages (Spanish/German/others)-Advantage
