Description

HUB is looking to add a new team member to the expanding legal department.

You will help the rapidly growing public high-tech company maintain corporate governance and corporate secretary affairs and comply with regulatory requirements.

You will also assist on a variety of internal legal matters such as labor, real estate, entity management, compliance, etc.

We view the ideal candidate as one who is passionate to learn what it takes to run corporate governance from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will partner with internal clients (Labor, Finance, Marketing, and Operation) in managing corporate affairs.

What you will be doing:

- Become the first team member leading corporate matters, reporting to HUB’s Chief Legal Officer.
- Work with HUB’s CLO to ensure that the company's corporate governance framework is properly designed, implemented, and maintained.
- Remain updated on applicable laws and regulations surrounding corporate governance, labor, IP, entity management, privacy, abac, export control, etc.
- Support and advice on various general legal matters throughout different departments.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2-5 years of relevant legal experience as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of a high-tech company or in the corporate/capital markets/high-tech department of a major law firm - mandatory
- Law degree from a top academic institute
- Certified Lawyer with an active Bar membership (Israeli Bar & any additional Bar - an advantage)
- English at a mother tongue level - mandatory
- Prior experience with Nasdaq/ TASE listed companies corporate governance and SEC compliance - mandatory
- Prior experience working with large multinational groups, preferably in technology-related corporation
- Prior experience in negotiating and drafting contractual agreements, such as real estate leases and employment agreements
- Prior experience in drafting and maintaining international group policies; managing corporate governance and regulatory affairs
