Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for Powersports & Outdoor helmets, is looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk to join our IT team. Full-time on-site position in the company's offices at Raa'nana, reporting to the IT Director.
Job description:
In this role, you will become a significant part of our collaboratively IT team while learning and engaging in varied technologies. You will work in the dynamic environment of a hi-tech company, providing technical support through direct interface with Cardo employees in the headquarters and remotely worldwide.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for the first level of contact for the company’s local & global end users, according to the required SLA.
- Provide on-site technical assistance for incoming support requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Routine maintenance & responsibility for meeting rooms functionality and equipment
- Handling Telephony & mobile devices operated by IOS and Android.
- Maintenance of all computing peripherals equipment
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, supporting senior management.
- Good knowledge of MS Windows environments, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Office 365 - Exchange, SharePoint, Teams. Azure AD– advantage
- Basic knowledge and experience in networks and communication/telephony systems
- Familiarity with the following systems: Intune, Priority ERP – advantage
- Qualification courses such as MCITP, MCSA, and CCNA – advantage
- Service-oriented with a proactive & professional approach
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in English, technical and communicative
