Description

As the Organizational Development & Learning Manager at Atera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing our company culture while driving organizational growth and employee engagement. You will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, development, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute organizational development strategies to enhance the company's growth trajectory.
- Lead the design and implementation of talent management programs
- Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and capabilities, aligning with business objectives and employee career aspirations
- Leverage data analytics and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development endeavors and provide data-driven recommendations for continual enhancement

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development strategies and initiatives - minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in learning concepts, training and development methods, and techniques, demonstrated through direct experience.
- Project coordination proficiency and capacity to effectively oversee multiple tasks and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience with data analytics and HR metrics preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
