We are looking a Senior Software Engineer Leader to join the Work Management Group. As part of this role, you will work on monday's main product, which is helping organizations around the world and millions of users to work effectively and efficiently.

About The Role:

- Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
- Work closely with Product and Design, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

monday.com is looking for a Software Engineer to join one of the most core areas in the product. You will have a direct impact on hundreds of thousands of users every day. You’ll join our workflows group based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

REQUIREMENTS

- Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
- Experience building a web application from scratch.
- Understanding of products and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
- Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super talented people).
