Merchants can rapidly implement ChargeAfter’s omni-channel platform online, in-store, and at every point of sale, enabling them to provide personalized financing choices to their customers.

Here at ChargeAfter, we are building the next unicorn in the Fintech industry and are looking for a talented and success-driven VP Product to help make it happen!

Responsibilities:

- Market Engagement: Leveraging Insights from Customers, Partners, and Advisory Board to gather feedback to define Product Roadmap, Vision, and Competitive Analysis.
- Product Strategy - Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Roadmap Planning - Collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders, and product teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap and user experience
- Product Execution - Oversee the end-to-end product execution lifecycle, from concept to launch
- Product Performance: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RnD, Marketing, Sales, and Customer support, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
- Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers and designers to reach their utmost potential

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience in VP product management roles, with a track record of delivering successful products to market; Senior / experience Director level will be considered.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile practices, SaaS environment, and emerging technologies
- An understanding of user experience principles and UX research methodologies
- Leadership experience, including managing high-performing and global teams
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Master’s degree - Advantage
- Experience in the Fintech industry
- End-to-end experience in B2B
- Experience with startup companies - Advantage
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence interface teams and collaborate effectively across all levels and organizational functions
- Excellent English language proficiency in both written and verbal communication and presentations.
