We are looking for a Global VP Product to play a critical role in shaping the direction and success of a company's technology products, manage the growing product team, and oversee the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. HiredScore’s exciting growth continues, including adding new Fortune 500 clients, global presence, partners, and innovation in the compliance for AI for the HR world.

This is a key Executive position that requires creativity, analysis, vision, and the ability to drive collaboration across the company and be responsible for nurturing and growing the HiredScore product team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team.
- Drive HiredScore’s product vision and deliver the next generation of recruiting solutions.
- Be part of the executive team, Own HiredScore’s roadmap and growing product line.
- Maintain close relationships with our clients and conduct ongoing user and market research.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate closely with THE company customers, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and Work cross-team to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality products.
- Align the sales, R&D, and product teams around a unified vision and goals.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
- Monitor product adoption and gather user feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor product profitability and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

What You Need:

- 10 + years of experience in product management.
- 4 + years in leading scaling product teams in fast-paced and dynamic start-up companies.
- Strong experience in building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS software products for global enterprise (Fortune 500) clients
- Demonstrated ability to build scale a SaaS platform and developing and bringing to market new software products.
- Deep understanding of AI technology trends, a strong ability to align product development with business goals, and effective leadership of cross-functional teams.
- Proven people manager, and cross-functional team leader.
- Knowledge of data analytics and optimization products.
- Consistent track record of developing products with best-in-class customer experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A “Can-Do” mentality and mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High-level English - A must
- HR Tech industry experience - Advantage
