UX/UI Product Designer

It curates data from hundreds of security and business tools and contextualizes that data to help companies understand and address their riskiest problems. Our Unified Vulnerability Management module is our first module to tap into the power of our data fabric, enabling companies to create custom contextualized risk scores and tailored workflows to reduce risk. We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Avalor’s user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with Product, R&D, and Marketing to develop a smooth user experience with a high-end look and feel
- Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, high-fidelity prototypes, and final design specifications
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

REQUIREMENTS

- Online portfolio
- 3+ years of experience designing a complex B2B system/platform
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows for and experience in delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Good understanding of technical concepts
- Experience in Figma
- Experience working in cybersecurity, big data-oriented products- an advantage
- Illustration skills- an advantage
- Experience in motion design- an advantage
