As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading UX concepts from early user research phases and discovery, to more detailed product requirements understanding, user flow deliveries and specifications for development. You will be responsible to drive user testing, conduct user research and competitor analysis, and collaborate with Product Managers to deliver a best-in-class user experience. A successful candidate will be familiar with UX methodologies.
The Responsibilities Of This Opportunity Include-
- Independently lead and create UX concepts to solve users' needs
- Translate highly complex requirements into easy-to-understand flows
- Interface with Product Managers developers and other stakeholders to oversee full implementation of the User Experience
- Full detailed design delivery for development
- Create and drive user tests.
- Conduct User Research and competitor analysis.
- Design using our design system, ensuring adherence to its guidelines and standards.
A Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in the field of Cognitive science, Human Computer Interaction, industrial engineering, architecture, visual communication, interactive design or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in UX design. Leading concepts & detailed design for delivery - is a must. Preference will be given to candidates who have expertise in designing complex solutions for B2B systems
- Demonstrable UX/UI design skills with a strong portfolio which includes both web and complex systems/projects.
- Figma experience, including design system use is a must.
- Experience in collaborating closely with product and R&D
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements, and design complete user experiences that meet the needs and vision.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and senior management.
- Strong multi-tasking ability, availability & flexible working hours due work with remote teams.
- A positive attitude and excellent social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
- High level of written and spoken English.
