We are looking for an experienced and highly talented Web and marketing Designer, ready to come on board an innovative company culture and join our Marketing Design Team.

Our ideal candidate knows the current world of B2B marketing UX/UI inside and out. You've achieved some marquee UX/UI projects and web designs in your portfolio, all with fluid motion and impactful typography. You’re a team player, love what you do, and an agile perfectionist, one that will inspire the Design team and give our Company an exceptional user experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver innovative web UX/UI ideas that place DealHub amongst the world’s most exciting sales tech companies.
- As a senior designer for the in-house Marketing team, developed many different types of assets including Websites, Landing Pages, Conversion Funnels, Forums, etc.
- Maintain continuity of our visual language.
- Work with Demand Generation and Content to develop and apply best practices for UX/UI.
- Think big-picture for the user experience and also have an eye for designing to convert.
- Develop and design user interfaces across various platforms and work with the team to optimize for performance.
- Most importantly, be part of the family, of wonderful people and truly great professionals, who call DealHub home.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need:
- 5+ years of experience utilizing a wide range of skill sets in graphic design and web UX/UI.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
- Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD.
- In-depth knowledge of prototyping tools like Sketch/Figma/Framer.
- WordPress CMS
- Experience designing highly converting websites and landing pages.
- Experience developing a brand's UX/UI and design system.
- Master-level in user journey mapping, wireframes, and mockups.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and contributors.
- Professional English.
