UI/UX Designer

Personetics is an enterprise-software growth-phase Fintech start-up. We develop AI-powered solutions helping banks deliver highly intelligent and personalized banking experiences to their customers across all digital channels. We’re pioneering and establishing a whole new category of consumer banking based around data-driven personalization and customer engagement.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a UX/UI designer to join our team and help create inspiration and intuitive , accessible, pixel perfect UX/UI design, for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years experience in relevant field
- Background in design ( BA in visual communication or another relevant field )
- A talented designer that understands the product lifecycle and is experienced in delivering clear, accessible, top-notch design specs.
- Strong aesthetic skills and the ability to combine layouts, hierarchy, typography, and colors.
- Key eye for detail
- Proficient skills with industry-standard design tools (Figma - MANDATORY) and like to learn about new technologies, products, and workflows.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Team player, who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people from different disciplines.
- Great at solving complex product problems with a sense for extraordinary design solutions.
- Worked closely with product and development teams
- Responsive design / Accessibility -an advantage
