REQUIREMENTS

The role

In this role you will lead Kaltura’s solutions program leading end 2 end projects to our customers.

This includes overseeing our engineering, DevOps and QA’s planning, execution, and delivery of Kaltura products installation and upgrade projects at customers premises and working closely with our customers.

This role requires you to have a good infrastructure technical understanding, excellent communication skills – both customers facing and internally, seeing the big picture but also the small details and great problem-solving.

The day-to-day

- End-2-End responsibility for delivering Kaltura’s product installation and upgrades projects. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, resource management, risk management, communication, and customer support.
- Coordinate requirements, dependencies, tasks, and timelines across teams and with the customers, across multiple time zones
- Understand business goals and ensure communication and alignment regarding deliverables between stakeholders, resolving conflicts and mitigating risks.
- Working with our customer support teams to make sure support tasks are being triaged.

Ideally, we’re looking for:

- At least 5 years of customer facing program/project management or other relevant technical role experience in the software industry.
- Excellent social skills and a great ability to make both customers and your internal teams happy.
- High level of infrastructure technical understanding and software delivery knowledge.
- A get-things-done, proactive, team player with a “can do” and “no ego” approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

These would also be nice:

- PMP / Agile/ Scrum development certification
- Proficient JIRA knowledge
