Role Description
As the first sales development role in the company, this role will be highly strategic and responsible for building a new domain, including building the playbooks, hiring a team, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings.

REQUIREMENTS
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Communication and Sales skills
- Business Development experience
- Proven track record of delivering qualified opportunities and revenue growth
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of SDRs
- Knowledge of the finance industry is a big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Mother-tongue level English
