What will you be doing?

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll be part of designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy. You’ll develop channels and sourcing strategies to engage talents and act as a partner in all hiring decision making.

You will:

- Partner closely with hiring managers and manage end to end hiring processes.
- Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
- Own an amazing candidate experience.
- Manage effective recruiting processes using our ATS - Comeet .
- Provide advice and consultation to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- At least 4 years experience as a recruiter/talent acquisition in a high tech companies.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently but collaboratively.
- Experience with Employer branding & leading projects- an advantage.
