Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and retaining top talent while supporting our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic HR support throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and HR administration tasks as needed.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.)
- Previous experience as an HR with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, in a high-tech environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with practices in talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
