Senior System Engineer

We seek a highly skilled and innovative Senior System Engineer to join our R&D team.

We are looking for a strong background in systems engineering, particularly in optical sensors and visible light cameras. As our system engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our multidisciplinary system, ensuring its high performance across various applications.

A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

- Be the lead system engineer for UVeye products.
- Define system architecture and design for new features and products.
- Collaborate with optics, mechanics, electronics, software, and algorithm teams to develop world-class solutions.
- Support existing products including root cause analysis and solutions to customer issues.

REQUIREMENTS

- B.Sc. in electrical engineering, physics, mechanical engineering - Must.
- 5+ years of experience as a system engineer in a multidisciplinary company.
- Experience with imaging systems - Must
- Experience working with visible light cameras - Advantage
- Proficient with Python or Matlab for data analysis, experiments, and calibrations.
- Highly motivated, determined, and with a strong sense of ownership.
- Innovative, analytic, and methodical.
- Readiness to work in a challenging startup environment.
