What you’ll do

As a Senior Content Strategist at Browzwear.com, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and positioning within the fashion and apparel production landscape. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across various channels, driving thought leadership, fostering customer engagement, and enabling go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity, strategic thinking, and industry expertise to elevate Browzwear’s presence as a thought leader in the space.

Responsibilities

- Content Strategy Development: Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Browzwear's business objectives, target audience, and market trends. Continuously refine and optimize the content strategy to drive maximum impact and ROI.
- Thought Leadership: Drive thought leadership initiatives by creating compelling content, including whitepapers, industry reports, and opinion pieces, to position Browzwear.com as a leading authority in the apparel production technology space.
- Case Studies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop impactful case studies showcasing Browzwear's solutions and their transformative impact on clients' businesses. Leverage client success stories to drive credibility and generate leads.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a robust social media content strategy to engage and grow Browzwear's audience across key platforms. Create engaging, shareable content that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand messaging.
- Blog Management: Oversee the editorial calendar and content creation process for the Browzwear.com blog. Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts that address industry challenges, highlight product features, and provide valuable insights to our audience.
- GTM Enablement Content: Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop sales enablement content, including presentations, sales decks, product collateral, and sales scripts. Ensure alignment between marketing messaging and sales objectives to drive revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives using relevant KPIs and metrics. Use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies, improve engagement, and drive continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

- 5+ years experience in content marketing strategy and execution
- Experience in B2B SaaS supporting large (>$100K ACV) enterprise sales teams
- Comfortable working with highly technical and complex digital products
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and impactful content for different audiences and formats.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO best practices, and content performance analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across multiple channels.
- A deep empathy for users - you are able to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience from technical users to economic buyers.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively across departments such as product, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Preferred Qualifications

- Deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry, including key players, market trends, and pain points.
- Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, writing, journalism, or related field
