Description

monday.com is looking for an experienced data leader to build and manage our growing Corporate Analytics team. In this hands-on, high-impact role, you will lead cross-team efforts to model, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to support our corporate, HR, Legal and operations teams. You will work directly and closely with company leaders to provide insights on productivity and well-being, and oversee monday's research into efficiency and the future of work.

The Office of the CEO defines, measures, and advances monday.com’s core priorities. Members of the team are leaders in their respective domains of expertise (data analysis, data science, UX design, and product management), collaborating with senior partners from all divisions to advance company leadership’s prioritized agenda and key projects.

About The Role:

- Research diverse, complex business and product problems: utilize data from various sources and your analytical and statistical expertise to create visibility, identify leverages for action, and conceptualize and track relevant metrics to monitor improvement. Examples include financial forecasting, the company's core business cycle, S&M efficiency, employee productivity, and many others
- Build appealing, compelling dashboards and reports to translate data into meaningful representations that become vital decision-making tools for your consumers
- Become a champion for high-quality data work across the organization, mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, setting standards for exceptional work by sharing examples and best practices, and becoming a leading contributor to the growing data community at monday

monday.com is seeking an experienced, versatile analyst to join the office of the CEOs. This is a senior role with pivotal, company-wide impact and high visibility. You will assume ownership of key data reporting and research flows covering monday.com’s core agendas; your contributions will have a direct impact on our business strategy, product development, and customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of experience as a senior analyst or analytics team lead in non-academic settings; demonstrated record of conceiving, designing, and shipping successful data analytics projects that drove business impact (interesting failures are also okay)
- Excellent SQL skills
- Strong control of at least one popular BI tool such as Tableau or Looker
- Advantage - proficiency in a scripting language used for data analysis (e.g. R, Python), or familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Great communication skills with a penchant for data visualization and storytelling
- Advantage - leadership experience, e.g. former team or group leaders looking to return to a hands-on role)
