Description
BriefCam is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to assist in the day-to-day management of its Salesforce instance. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for fielding, prioritizing, and handling inbound Salesforce questions and requests from BriefCam’s internal users and external Community Users. This may involve password resets, creating Reports and Dashboards, updating fields or page layouts, and designing or updating Flows.
A strong understanding of how to create, interpret, and translate sales data (Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Forecasts) with reports is important as this role will also support the CRO with sales operations requests. While the emphasis is on day-to-day Salesforce management, preference will be given to a Salesforce Administrator capable of reviewing our Salesforce instance and making proactive suggestions on how to clean it up, streamline, and improve it. Larger projects will be discussed together with the (my title) and potentially outsourced.
REQUIREMENTS
· You have 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
· Experience with Sales Cloud (including Opportunities, Quotes, Orders, Products, Price Books, Forecast,
and Pipeline Inspection).
· Experience with Service Cloud (including Cases, Assets, and Contracts).
· Experience with Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and other Salesforce security.
· Experience with Flows, Workflows, and Process Builder.
· Experience with updating Salesforce Communities.
· Experience with HubSpot and the HubSpot-Salesforce integration.
· You constantly ask “Why?” to make sure you’re solving the problem in the most efficient way.
· You genuinely enjoy making people’s lives easier through automation.
· Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics is highly advantageous (but not required).
