Reports to: CRM Team Leader

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

What will you do?

- Configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, flows and other components according to business requirements and design.
- Data Migration
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or external databases, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Performing various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets quality standards and fulfills the business requirements
- Creating documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to support the implementation and future maintenance of the Salesforce solution

REQUIREMENTS

What should you have?

- 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
- Skilled with complex flows and data migrations
- Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Experience in supporting and training system users.
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in English – a must.
- Experience with FormTitan – an advantage
- Salesforce Admin certification - an advantage
