R&D Technician

Syqe is a med-tech company developing technologies that enable the precise delivery of a wide range of therapeutic molecules by inhalation. Utilizing its breakthrough technology, Syqe aims to relieve the suffering of as many patients as possible in the fastest possible way.

We are looking for an R&D Technician to join Syqes’ top-talented multidisciplinary R&D team. The ideal candidate should be striving for the challenge of making a significant impact in a multi-disciplinary product in the med-tech industry; hands-on and highly technical.

The R&D Technician will provide diagnosis and analysis of all development aspects including solving technical problems.

Responsibilities:

- Perform tests and Research (using JIGs, Apps, and specially designed tools).
- Conducting electro-mechanical experiments for research, development, and validation.
- Perform routine chemistry laboratory duties, such as weighing, and evaporating.
- Working closely with the test and development teams.
- Reading and writing reports related to R&D or testing.

REQUIREMENTS

- Practical engineer or technician - electronics or mechanical.
- Technical hands-on Skills (working in a Lab environment).
- 1+ Year of experience - Advantage
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – Mandatory.
- Organized, punctual, and thorough.
- Basic soldering skills - Advantage.
- Basic Python skills - Advantage.
- Delicate and precise handiwork capability.
- Ability to operate test and experiment systems.
- Strong self-discipline.
- Works independently.
- Ability to learn quickly new testing and SW tools.
- Must have a team-player approach.
- Basic knowledge of English.
