What you will do

- The Maintenance Technician (MT) is responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining a variety of vehicle repairs in our warehouse with the ultimate goal of maximizing e-bike/scooter availability.
- The MT will also support the battery charging process for e-bikes and scooters in our warehouse.
- The MT will work with the Head Mechanic and Warehouse Operations Manager to actively address issues in the warehouse as well as to support the overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

- Organize and implement preseason and ongoing maintenance schedules to ensure our fleet is in full working order for our users
- Monitor and track bike spares and supplies
- Monitor charging levels of our battery levels for e-vehicles
- Invest time and effort to train and develop maintenance skills
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following safe work practices and procedures
- Document damage to Dott’s e-vehicles and equipment using proprietary software
- Support the Head Mechanic and Warehouse Operations Manager with additional operational requests
