QA Team Leader

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the Universe.

We’re looking for an experienced, versatile and passionate QA Team Leader to join our amazing growing R&D team. As a QA Team Leader you'll build and lead a team with a huge impact on the company's growth. You will also hire and mentor top-notch QA Engineers, and manage the entire production cycle.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of manual QA engineers, provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
- Be proactive and assertive within the team and outside it, in order to set a high standard for quality and performance
- Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders in different sites, and provide great results under a tight schedule
- Drive for continuous improvement of the team and our processes
- Squad Scrum Master - drive all Squad ceremonies
- Report to QA Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience in managing a team, hiring people and leading them to excellence from a technical perspective and personal
- Experience in cross-platform mobile testing - Android & iOS
- Good understanding of the backend side, API testing and SDLC
- Experience with writing and working with test case documentation (STD)
- Experience with SQL
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution
- Great collaboration and communication skills
