Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the Cyber Group Release Management lifecycle from end-to-end, which involves scheduling the release, coordinating between the teams and managing the deployment of the release as per the schedule
- Manage the manual Cyber QA team that is incharge of the content and infrastructure testing
- Be responsibe for desinging and implementing tests, debugging issues, performing root-cause analysis and defining corrective actions for the Cyber exercises.
- Work alongside the Cyber Product and Cyber R&D teams to ensure content deliverables get to the customers on time, including the Hands-on Live-Fire exercises, Hands-on Labs, theoretical units and Cyber infrastructure & networks.
- Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement

REQUIREMENTS

- Familiarity with the cybersecurity field, conceptsa and principles.
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Team management skills
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and SW development lifecycle, and building release plans
- Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in OS (Win or Linux) and networking - an advantage
