Job Description

- Lead and mentor a team of manual QA Engineers
- Oversee the QA process to meet quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive release planning on time
- Supervise deployment processes and collaborate with operations teams
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive release documentation
- Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback for process improvement
- Implement changes to enhance the efficiency of the release process

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience as a QA engineer
- 1+ years of experience as a team leader
- Proven experience as a Release Manager

- Experience with version control systems, configuration management, and deployment tools
