About Us:

ThriveDX for Enterprise is the B2B arm of ThriveDX (formerly HackerU), the global cyber education company committed to transforming lives through cyber skills training solutions. ThriveDX for Enterprise partners with organizations to offer end-to-end cyber security skilling's, including online academies and bootcamps, awareness and phishing training, application security training, advanced cyber labs. Our team is composed of cyber experts with extensive military background, industry veterans and educators, united under the mission of reskilling the workforce and upskilling the industry in Cybersecurity.

As a Project Manager at ThriveDX, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of our projects. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll oversee every aspect of project execution. From managing budgets to enhancing processes, your contributions will be essential to our success. Additionally, your involvement in tender submissions and collaboration initiatives will strengthen ThriveDX's standing in the Ed-Tech industry.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely delivery of training projects within budget and quality standards, in Israel and in Asia
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder
- Work with external vendors, contractors and suppliers to ensure project delivery
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress to stakeholders
- Handle submission of tenders in Israel and abroad for relevant RFPs
- Deepen and expand collaborations with Israeli government organizations and NGOs

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven multitasking, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Natural collaborator capable of working effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will also have

- Academic education in one of the following fields - Education, Law & Business
- Experience in tender submissions, particularly in Israel and in international markets
- Demonstrated success in deepening and expanding collaborations within the Israeli market.
- Sales/Account Management experience
- Familiarity with Ed-Tech products
- Education/Training background
