Product Manager- Marketplace

Atera is looking for an experienced and passionate marketplace product manager to lead our App Center product.

Our marketplace ecosystem, called App Center, is an ecosystem for Atera’s partners and developers to add their product, deeply integrated into Atera’s platform and by that, to allow thousands of Atera’s customers to discover and enjoy their third-party software directly from within Atera.

Responsibilities:

- Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution for Atera’s App Center product
- Own and lead the App Center squad to success in it’s KPIs
- Advocate for customers and for partners: Build relationships with partners and customers. Tune in their needs and develop new features that benefit both sides in a scalable manner
- Work cross functionally with Atera’s engineering, design, product analyst, customer success, marketing and research teams
- Become a domain expert: Develop in-depth knowledge in the B2B SaaS marketplace ecosystems, train customer-facing internal teams on new features and functionalities, use qualitative research and data to communicate product vision to management and various stakeholders .

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, from a technical product in a SaaS environment
- Background as an R&D engineer or equivalent roles
- Experience in a B2B marketplace product - a big plus
- Experience in a product for developers - a big plus
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
