About the role :

We are looking for a highly experienced Paid Acquisition Lead to own and lead DoorLoop's Paid Search channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more). This role is a hands-on, strategy-to-execution role with the goal of driving ambitious YoY ARR growth, creating, scaling, and optimizing high-volume PPC campaigns in various search channels.

As DoorLoop's PPC Lead, you will:

- Plan, execute, and optimize the performance of large-scale search campaigns.

- Analyze and identify the paid acquisition tactics, strategies, and journeys that effectively drive channel and business KPIs.

- Constantly research, test, iterate, and report on opportunities to improve KPIs with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and new search channels.

- Own day-to-day Google Ads, Bing Ads, and directories strategy and management, making data-driven optimizations to campaigns at every level.

- Create and execute data-driven experiments on new and existing PPC channels to maximize ARR and ROAS.

- Own and report on search channels performance, budget, and resources to the CMO, VP of Growth, Marketing Operations Director, and other company stakeholders (executives, employees, etc.).

- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure that channels are pacing to meet budget and revenue goals.

- Identify opportunities and make data-rooted recommendations to maximize paid channel performance and efficiency based on KPIs (ARR, ROAS, CAC).

- Audit Google & Bing Ads to identify underperforming keywords, negative keyword opportunities, and keyword gaps, then implement, measure, and report on actions accordingly.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRO, Lifecycle, Paid Social, Content, and Design teams to build, monitor, and report on multi-channel campaigns.

- Maintain a regular communication cadence with other paid channel owners, including the VP of Growth and Paid Social Manager, to ensure optimal efficiency, ARR/Spend, and ROAS across all paid channels.

- Collaborate with the VP of Finance and CMO to support budgeting and forecast processes.

- Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, events, and best practices and implement those across all paid channels.

About You:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Demonstrate a proven track record of owning Google Ads accounts that exceed revenue and KPI targets.

- Create predictable revenue through paid channel strategy and management, particularly on Google and Bing Ads.

- Interpret, analyze, and present data findings to executive stakeholders in a transparent, digestible, and actionable way.

- Diligently maintain reporting cadences at the daily, weekly, and monthly level.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in product, SEO/content, CRO, design, copy, and lifecycle to implement KPI-driven multi-channel paid campaigns.

- Be a self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively and maintain close attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in PPC, with specialization in and mastery of Google Ads.

- 3+ years of experience as a paid channel manager with full search channel ownership.

- Experience with managing global large scale budgets (more than $5M per year).

- Proven experience creating predictable revenue through efficient digital marketing strategy development.

- Proven track record of building, implementing, and maintaining efficient campaigns on Google and Bing Ads.

- Experience proactively and reactively analyzing and reporting on data to inform department and company decision-making.

- Experience using Salesforce/Hubspot and Tableau.

- Comprehensive attention to detail and ability to identify and fix mistakes at every level, from keywords to campaigns.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills at both the executive and team levels.

Bonus Points

- Experience writing or leading teams for B2B SaaS, especially PropTech.

- Experience in tracking, measurement, and reporting infrastructure (e.g. GTM, Data studio, GA4).

- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.

Additional Information

You will work directly with our VP of Growth (Yotam Fefferman) and CMO (David Bitton). Salary is based on experience.
