The growing monday.com App Marketplace Success team is looking for a passionate Product Community Manager to establish and extend the new and growing marketplace developers/partners community.

The monday.com Apps Marketplace Team is in the front line of enabling monday to be the work OS for every company, of any size, from any vertical, for managing anything. We are giving every developer in the world the ability to build their business in the form of an application, on top of the monday platform to increase the value of the product for our customers.

The main goal of the role is to maintain and establish community spaces for all of our developers/partners to improve education, support, and satisfaction and help them grow their business on top of monday.com.

About The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

- Managing and maintaining existing platforms and members of the community.
- Establish self-learning resources for developers. Encourage active participation, discussions, and knowledge sharing among developers.
- Create and curate engaging content, including posts, release notes, and social media updates, to keep developers informed and motivated.
- Organize and coordinate virtual or in-person events, such as webinars, hackathons, and meetups, to facilitate networking and collaboration.
- Enhance developer's adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with the designed developers' process.
- The maintenance and establishment of internal processes like feature requests, developer support, feature releases, etc.
- New community hub design and establishment.
- Address developer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly, providing solutions and maintaining a positive community atmosphere
- Develop and nurture relationships with app developers within the marketplace community.
- Assess and track the community's performance in terms of strategy and KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

- Proven experience in community management or related roles.
- Experience in working with developers
- Familiarity with the tech industry app development and marketplace dynamics - advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Hebrew and English.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to take the initiative to drive community engagement.
- Comfortable with technology, app development tools, and online community platforms.
- Passion for fostering a collaborative and supportive community environment.
