Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts for monday.com’s certification program. You will be a strategic powerhouse, crafting and executing captivating online campaigns, nurturing the certification brand, and driving engagement through marketing initiatives for both online and in-person workshops. In this role, you will be the voice of the program, building awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to increased program enrollment and revenue.

About The Role:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the customer certification program, driving awareness, lead generation, and enrollment.
- Identify and analyze target audiences for the program, segmenting audiences for targeted messaging and outreach.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel online campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Develop engaging and persuasive marketing materials aligned with the program's value proposition and target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Craft and articulate a clear and compelling brand identity for the customer certification program.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for in-person customer workshops, driving attendance and maximizing value for participants.
- Proactively collaborate with other departments, including the Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, and Content teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Work with external marketing agencies to drive, manage and optimize online marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in online campaign management and brand building.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and target audience segmentation.
- Experienced in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools.
- Creative and resourceful, with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials and content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for customer education and professional development programs.
