The selected law student will have the unique opportunity to assist attorneys in all phases of their work, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a global leader in high-performance smart energy technology. This includes a broad range of legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and letters, corporate matters and public filings, and additional projects.

Requirements:

- A Law student from leading universities and colleges
- Organized, thorough, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Has excellent research and writing skills and excellent English
- Ranked in the upper quarter of class (25%)
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work minimum of 20 hours per week (flexible days).
