We're looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for the creation and development of CRM strategies to secure and manage target audiences while delivering outstanding campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to improve user engagement and achieve business KPIs.
- Manage and optimize communication channels (push notifications, emails, in-app messages) for effective CRM campaigns and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted and impactful CRM campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data, maintain detailed reports and dashboards to measure success and identify insights for improving user engagement.
- Track, optimize, and enhance player engagement through effective segmentation and behavioral analysis.
- Create and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaign strategies and messaging, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns for maximum impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-year experience in CRM, email marketing or marketing automation.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms such as One Signal and Braze.
- Proficient in analytics, comfortable working with large datasets.
- Proven track record of project execution and taking full ownership of projects.
- High-level proficiency in English.
