Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding technical support to Pepperi’s employees, resolving their technical issues promptly and effectively, operate as a member of the IT team.
- Diagnose reported technical issues and prioritize them based on urgency, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide both on-site and remote support, ensuring uninterrupted IT services.
- Manage initial provisioning of IT systems, including laptops and IT equipment, provide ongoing support, manage the complete IT onboarding and offboarding process, including setting up and deactivating accounts across multiple platforms and tools. (Windows + Mac)
- Manage and Support On-Premise & Cloud Services Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, AWS, GitHub, Intune, Endpoint Protection tools, VPN + ZTNA clients, EDR/XDR agents, Networking and firewall equipment.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes.
- Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Relevant Certifications in Networking, Operating systems, Cloud Services — must.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role — must.
- Proficient knowledge of networking equipment and standard internet protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP. — must.
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware and software installations, administration, and troubleshooting. — must.
- Strong familiarity with Mac OSX & Windows 10, 11 — must.
- Working knowledge with Microsoft 365, FortiClient VPN (ZTNA), EDR/XDR Tools. — must.
- Understanding of IT backend environments, including GPO, Active Directory, Office 365, SSO with Cloud services.
- Knowledge and experience in supporting development (R&D) teams
- Highly organized with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Experience with managing production environment.
