monday.com is growing and so is our HR team! We are looking for an HRBP for our TLV site to support our G&A organization!

In this role, you will be partnering with our leaders and employees to successfully scale our business units, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

You’ll take a key role in driving organizational health and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing organizational needs, devising solutions, and coaching managers.

About The Role:

- You will partner strategically and work closely with the business leaders, employees and other HRBPs
- Focus on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing our people, as well as implementing cross-organizational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the teams’ high performance, development and growth.
- Support employees during their life cycles (onboarding, offboarding, life events etc.)
- Design and deliver targeted solutions in a dynamic environment, including engagement, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building.
- Partner with various HR Functions (i.e Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D etc.) in order to ensure successful support of the business units in various ways - recruiting, employee engagement, headcount tracking, training and development and to ensure cultural alignment.
- Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees.
- Ensure HR systems are up-dated, and able to leverage insights based on data to assess and impact the business units.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of relevant HRBP experience in a fast face enviroment - a Must.
- 3+ years of experience in coaching team members and managers at different levels
- High level of English - ability to operate freely in an English speaking work environment - a Must
- Proven experience in leading HR processes from A to Z, including: Onboarding and off-boarding, performance review cycle, engagement survey,facilitation of group sessions, top talent retention and separations

- Collaborator, a team player and an active listener- an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships.
- Holds analytical, critical thinking, and can do attitude, experience in using data to identify insights and trends that drive action, and exercises solid judgment.
- Strong consulting, coaching, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to position as a trusted partner.
