Job Description:

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy to align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with leaders across departments, you'll help craft and implement comprehensive HR solutions to enhance the overall employee experience and drive business outcomes. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate intricate organizational dynamics. You'll report directly to the Global VP of HR ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with overarching company goals.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR matters including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs that support a positive work culture and compliance with legal requirements.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and make recommendations accordingly.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on people-related issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to ensure HR practices remain current and effective.
- Lead and/or support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English language.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Work with US teams and influence stakeholders including working in some US hours.
