Description
We are seeking an energetic professional with multitasking abilities.
The position is temporary, a 6-month role, and part-time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, managing inventory control.
- Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, capable of working independently with little or no supervision. Well-organized, flexible, and enjoys tackling the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment.
- Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.
- Collaborate with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant for at least 1 year.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Very good level of English.
