Description

We are looking for an ERP Financial System Analyst to support our financial and operational business processes, and to optimize them using multiple information systems. Your responsibilities will include leading internal applications projects in a fast-paced global environment and supporting multiple units with ongoing changes in their business processes.

About The Role:

- This position requires tight collaboration with various teams, and the ability to define cross-functional business processes, implement changes and enhancements, and provide data analysis on a regular basis.
- Initiate and lead projects: design, implement, test, document and maintain business applications to ensure continuous delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions and meet the business needs.
- Create clear, concise, and complete functional specifications and think through problems to make actionable recommendations.
- Proactively initiate solutions to increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
- Assist in the adoption of new business processes and tools across the organization
- Work directly with multiple stakeholders in the company to identify pain points, identify process improvement opportunities, and push to create automation where appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3 years experience as a Systems Analyst/Project manager in the finance or procurement areas.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation – must
- Experience with implementation of Purchasing, Travel, HR, and Integration tools - advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science, or similar
- Team Player with the ability to rapidly gain an understanding of processes and applications
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, gather requirements, lead design process, meet demanding deadlines, prioritize workflow, and drive for results in a global environment
- Experience working with Excel and relational databases such as SQL
- Strong business and technical orientation with rigorous attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and constant curiosity
- Dynamic with excellent communication skills - Both written and verbal (English and Hebrew)
