As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Product Marketing to join our team.

As the Director of Product Marketing for Facetune, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the mobile app landscape.

What you will be doing

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Facetune.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch impactful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to understand product features, user needs, and market trends, and incorporate insights into marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Define key performance metrics and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive business results.

Your skills and experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the mobile app industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Passion for the product and industry, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
