monday.com is looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to lead the content strategy and execution for monday.com’s dev product, part of the monday.com product suite. Reporting to the Content Team Lead, the Dev Content Marketing Manager will build core messaging for one of monday.com's fastest-evolving products, serving as the sole content member on this product.

This position is best suited for a team player who is a self-learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and has experience in content marketing and writing for SaaS products both for B2B and B2C.

About The Role:

- Be a strategic partner in developing the content for the monday dev product, working closely with the product marketing manager.
- Map out and create a variety of content assets, such as marketing materials, one-pagers, sales decks, email cadences, website copy, video scripts, paid ads, and more.
- Function as the main point of contact for content for various stakeholders across the entire organization.
- Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content and product growth goals, such as building brand awareness, increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing our customer base, and more.
- Frequently research market trends while running A/B tests, analyzing data, and implementing learned insights.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of experience in Content Marketing
- Native English - a MUST
- Experience managing multiple projects with different content needs at once
- Ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback
- Possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities — you’re self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus
- A fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Comfortable using data analytics to measure and improve the impact of content
- Previous experience marketing for developers (plus)
- Previous experience working at a software development company (plus)
