We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Production/SRE with expertise in managing production environments, particularly in Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and orchestration, ensuring availability, security, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of end-to-end production cloud management, emphasizing Availability, Security, and Cost perspectives.
- Collaborate with R&D DevOps teams to implement new capabilities and best practices into production.
- Train and mentor the NOC & SOC teams, developing playbooks and tools for operational support.
- Assist in designing and improving the SRE team infrastructure, focusing on monitoring, incident management, and change management using infra as code.
- Work on mission-critical systems in a large-scale SaaS production environment, using advanced technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, Prometheus, and cloud-managed services.
- Lead initiatives to establish and apply SRE best practices, standards, and policies in hybrid cloud environments.
- Drive automation, prevent outages, and improve system health and reliability through scripting and automation.
- Stay updated with cutting-edge technologies, evaluate their impact, and implement them when appropriate

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in managing complex cloud operations in Production, particularly in Azure.

- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and Helm, specifically in AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

- Experience with automation, scripting, and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.

- Proficient in User Identity management in complex environments, specifically Azure Active Directory.

- Experience with cloud monitoring tools, such as logz.io, Datadog, etc.

- Expertise in cloud security tools and concepts, including CSPM, SIEM, WAF, etc.

- Experience with cloud cost monitoring and optimization using FinOps tools.
