Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Business Program Manager to join the Business Accelerator team as part of the Programs dep at monday.com. As a Business Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Expert Catalog program, our very own marketplace where customers and potential customers can engage and get assistance from 3rd party Monday experts. You will be responsible for overseeing the continued growth and development of the Expert Catalog program, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our overall business objectives.

The programs are special forces running fast and scaling projects. We take mission-critical, cross-company strategic programs and initiatives at monday.com and bring them to life.

About The Role:

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities for the Expert Catalog program, including new expert categories, service bundles, and pricing models.
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to drive new client acquisition and platform adoption.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns to attract potential customers and increase platform usage.
- Explore and build strategic collaborations with internal partners to expand reach and access new markets.
- Oversee the ongoing development and improvement of the Expert Catalog platform, based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the program and measure progress towards defined goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years of experience in managing and growing online platforms or marketplaces, preferably in the technology or service sector.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing GTM strategies and driving traffic acquisition.
- Experience in building and managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning interests and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track program initiatives on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams, communicate complex information, and build strong relationships.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform strategic direction and program improvements.
