Lusha is growing and therefore seeking a talented Business Development Representative (internally referred to as a GTM Consultant) to join our exceptional team. In this role you’ll join a team of motivated sales professionals and leaders laying the foundation of outstanding achievement while massively contributing to Lusha’s global market expansion. What you will do

As a Business Development Representative (internally referred to as a GTM Consultant) at Lusha, you will work towards our collective goal of empowering businesses across the globe to succeed through data. Your main objective is to engage and qualify outbound and inbound sales leads in effort to generate a consistent sales pipeline.

- Engage with inbound and outbound leads through multichannel outreach including phone calls, emails and social activity

- Convert leads into qualified opportunities through outreach, discovery and value based selling
- Conduct discovery meetings with prospects to identify pain points, needs and/or opportunities
- Schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executive team to position and sell Lusha
- Become a subject matter expert on Lusha’s product offerings and the problems that we help solve for our customers

**Please note that this role is Monday thru Friday and operates in a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite each week in our Tel Aviv Office.
