What you'll do:

Developing Breakthrough Strategies

• Interviewing clients, competitors and industry experts to gather information and knowledge

• Assessing market dynamics, competitor advantages, industry structure, and potential in current/new markets

• Designing innovative solutions that ensure our client's sustainable growth and leadership position

Designing Organizational Structures & Processes

• Benchmarking, characterizing KPIs, and identifying best practices

• Designing operating processes, interfaces, and analyzing cost structures

• Building company capabilities and productiveness

Boosting Client Innovativeness

• Estimating investment potential & feasibility of new ventures and planning commercialization & GTM strategy

• Designing new and innovative business models

• Analyzing mega-trends, their impact on the industry and future scenarios to secure innovation leadership

Guiding Client Teams in Execution

• Developing a detailed implementation plan and carrying it through (including client teams, tasks, timeframes, monitoring mechanisms,…)

• Directing teams, assisting in solving problems, and facilitating change in the organization

Create Paradigm Shifts

• Supporting recommendations in a logical, clear and organized manner to present complex data effectively

• Communicating insights to decision-makers in the client organization

• Facilitate acceptance of new approaches/ideas among experienced industry executives

REQUIREMENTS

• B.A./B.Sc./M.A./MBA graduate degree (or near completion) from leading academic institutions (in any academic field)

• Honor’s program graduates or multi-disciplinary program graduates - advantage

• Graduates with several years of relevant work experience – advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Talented, creative and original thinkers

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in-writing

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Self-starter – ability to take initiative and work autonomously

• Strong learning skills – curiosity, desire to learn, openness to feedback

• An agile mindset and the ability to deal with ambiguity and change
